I am not happy with the proximity of the new building to the homes on the same street in which the new building will be at. We bought our home for the view of the mountains from the back just 2 years ago. Now all we will see is a huge building right in our backyard. If we knew this was going to happen we would not have purchased our home. I do agree that a new school is needed and it's great, just the proximity of the homes to the school is going to be disturbing. Specially since I work from home for a call center and the construction noise and then when the kids come in will be horrendous. The community should speak up as my neighbors do not agree with the proximity as well.
